A LONG WALK TO REMEMBER. Today I walked from Alum Chine Beach, through Bournemouth Pleasure Gardens, all along West Overcliff Drive, ending up at the Suspension Bridge where I live. A particularly glorious day today with all the Rhododendrons in full bloom. Enjoy my friends.

PRAYERS FOR AN ANGEL IN DISGUISE. Donna Maxine White you are a spiritual therapist, a divine lecturer, an intuitive coach, an angelic tarot and palm reader. You've touched me with your wisdom, love and compassion. You've helped me to break karmic ties and negative patterns. You've cleared blocks and raised my vibrations in my aura. I am now able to cope. A THANKS from the heart.

FROM KILLER WOMAN TO CIRCUS GIRLS. What a contrast between these two characters. And what a privilege it has been to create these two roles. Some actresses just get lucky ha..ha..ha..

FROM THE CIRCUS WITH LOVE Just back from filming with Filmmakers Jeanette Rourke and Ron Bambridge, two highly talented and creative people. Playing Lily in a Short Film, directed and produced by Ron and Jeanette Productions-Hands Produced Films, and surrounded by Lily's memories, I fell in love with the whole Circus World. An extraordinary experience. FROM LILY WITH LOVE

AS NAKED AS NATURE INTENDED Tramped along Studland Bay today. Vast area of sandy beaches, heathland and top beach and officially recognized nudist beach. Despite the cold wind they popped up everywhere behind the dunes. Shame I forgot my binoculars ha..ha..ha..

AMAZING CLAPHAM I went to an audition for an extraordinary shortfilm and a special role. Very interesting place. It all started as a Saxon Village and look at the place now. A thriving district of London rich in history. Clapham I love you.
