RESPECT Trotting along Oxford St, after a meeting, I came across this vegetarian restaurant called VANTA. Organic food only, chairs and tables made from tree stumps, wonderful people and atmosphere. The food was divine and cooked with so much love that the word respect sprung to mind. The cook told me that the highest reward for him is what he does for others.

The 'voice-over' recordings of writer/director Alexander Fodor's feature film. Throughout the dark and twisted ganster story DEAD AND AWAKE runs poetry directly from the heart of the writer. Not once did he interrupt me, and to this day it still feels like magic.

70 is the new 40. New research says true happyness begins at the age of 70. I am not quite there yet, but I am happier already with 60+ because I have learned to appreciate health, freedom, friends and most of all the wisdom that comes with age.
