AS NAKED AS NATURE INTENDED Tramped along Studland Bay today. Vast area of sandy beaches, heathland and top beach and officially recognized nudist beach. Despite the cold wind they popped up everywhere behind the dunes. Shame I forgot my binoculars ha..ha..ha..

AMAZING CLAPHAM I went to an audition for an extraordinary shortfilm and a special role. Very interesting place. It all started as a Saxon Village and look at the place now. A thriving district of London rich in history. Clapham I love you.

THE QUIET MIND..... While waiting if I'll get the part my mind goes back to the 3 weeks in the Swiss Alps years ago. What did I learn? We must listen to our intuition and wait to be in the right place at the right time. Stay connected to our talent, to the mission each of us has and trust the quiet mind. It will guide us.

BEACH BABY Alum Chine Beach Poole. Just popped down to the beach to clear my head after a film script for an audition arrived with an email: " Don't worry about the words. Show us the personality and bones of the character. It's not a matter clippen off the lines". New things to come for actors?

SURVIVING ACTORS AT THE RADISSON PORTMAN HOTEL After attending seminars and workshops the whole day in London, meeting top names in the industry, one stood out. Here is what he said: 'The secret to a long and successful career is surviving. Not talent, not hard work but the will to keep going, keep surviving. Talent and hard work helps, and there are many talented and hard working actors, but only those are successful who know the secret to surviving is surviving'.
